TO HEATHROW
Normally you should allow 1 hour to travel by car to Heathrow airport but beware traffic can vary enormously depending on the time of day. It can be more reliable and much cheaper to travel to Heathrow on the Underground. Trains from Knightsbridge tube station will take you there without you having to change train. Allow 45 minutes once on the train.
TO GATWICK
The best way to get to Gatwick is to take the Gatwick Express train from Victoria station. This fast service runs every 15 minutes and you can buy your ticket on the train. Allow 45 minutes once on the train.
SELF DRIVE HIRE CARS
If you have hired a self drive car please note that parking at the flat is very restricted (only 5 spaces for the whole of Kingston House East) and nearby public car parks are very expensive. The porters will do all they can to secure a space for you whenever possible but please do not rely on this as spaces are for residents on a first come first served basis.
The nearest mainline train station is Victoria which is a 10 minute bus ride away, given only light traffic. Otherwise, take a taxi or walk to Knightsbridge tube station, catch an underground train to Green Park, and change onto the Victoria Line: Victoria station is one stop southbound from there.
